All your ticket booking history will be listed by the system based on the phone number you used to book the ticket.
Bank transfer
With this form of payment, after you complete the registration steps on the website or book the service by phone and are confirmed by the staff of Nha Trang Island Tour and asked to deposit or pay, you go to an ATM, bank (or online banking) and transfer money to us into one of the accounts below, then take a photo of the money transfer confirmation (Payment Order) and send an email to the address "[email protected]” or send via zalo (0914 095 939) to us.

Refund Policy
When we have to refund you in the following cases:
If you cancel the tour or the number of participants is less than the actual number but after deducting the fee, there is still a surplus amount or due to incorrect money transfer information (excess money transfer, multiple transfers, wrong transfers, etc.), you will receive the surplus amount back within 1-5 days from the end date of the service and will be fully responsible for the transfer fee.
