This is an important issue that needs to be recognized and overcome to improve the customer experience.<br><br>In addition, some other visitors have commented that the services at the tourist area are not as diverse as they expected or imagined before coming. This may stem from the fact that the services have not been designed to meet the increasingly high and diverse needs of customers, or from the lack of innovation and creativity in activities and facilities for visitors. Today&#039;s customers&#039; expectations are not limited to basic services but also unique, new experiences that are suitable for many different audiences.<br><br>Another issue that was raised was the feeling of discrimination between foreign and domestic tourists. Some customers said that they noticed a difference in the way these two groups were treated, cared for or prioritized. This, if true, not only affects the personal feelings of customers but also creates a bad impression of the professionalism and fairness of the resort.<br><br>Although the above opinions and assessments may be subjective, based on the individual&#039;s own feelings and may not completely or accurately reflect the overall quality of service at the resort, these are signs that the management board needs to pay attention to.
